Refund and Cancellation Policy
We want every project to go well. This policy explains what happens if plans change.

Deposits
Most projects begin with a deposit, as set out in your proposal. The deposit reserves time in our schedule and covers discovery and planning work.
Cancelling a website project
- Before work begins: you may cancel for a full refund of your deposit, less any third-party costs already paid on your behalf.
- After work begins: you pay for the work completed up to the cancellation date, based on the milestones in your proposal. Any amount paid beyond that is refunded.
- After launch: completed and launched projects are not refundable.
Care and maintenance plans
Monthly care plans can be cancelled at any time with 30 days’ written notice. Payments already made for the current month are not refunded.
Domains, hosting, and third-party costs
Domain registrations, premium plugins, licenses, and other third-party purchases are non-refundable once bought. Free domain and hosting provided under our Free Hosting Offer Terms has no cash value.
If you are not happy
Please tell us early. Most concerns can be solved with a conversation and an extra review of the work. We will always try to put things right before a cancellation is needed.
How to request a refund
Send a written request by email with your name, project, and reason. We will reply within one business day and process any approved refund to the original payment method within 10 business days.
