Free Hosting Offer Terms

Every website package includes 2 years of free domain and hosting. Here is exactly what that covers.

Who is eligible

The offer applies to new Silver, Gold, and Platinum website packages, and to custom projects where it is stated in the written proposal. It starts once the project is paid in full and the website is launched.

What is included

  • Registration of one standard domain name (for example .com, .net, or .us) for 2 years
  • Standard WordPress hosting for one website for 2 years
  • A free SSL security certificate during the hosting period
  • Setup, or transfer of an existing domain, handled by us

What is not included

  • Premium or aftermarket domain names
  • Business email accounts, unless stated in your proposal
  • Premium plugins, themes, or licenses
  • Unusually high traffic, storage, or resource use beyond a typical small business website

Ownership of your domain

Your domain is registered in your name or your business name. You can ask for the transfer code and move your domain to another provider at any time.

After the 2 years

We will contact you at least 30 days before the free period ends. You can renew domain and hosting with us at our standard yearly rates, or move to another provider. If you do not renew, the domain and hosting may expire.

Fair use and acceptable use

Hosting may not be used for illegal content, spam, malware, or activity that harms our servers or other customers. We may suspend hosting that breaks these rules.

Other conditions

The offer has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or transferred, and cannot be combined with other hosting discounts. We may change or end the offer for new customers at any time. Customers who have already started keep the terms that applied when they signed.
